"Voltage withstand tester" is a test in which a specified AC or DC high voltage is applied between the live and the non-activated portion (usually a housing) of the electrical appliance to check the voltage resistance of the electrical appliance. During long-term work, electrical appliances must not only bear the effect of the rated working voltage, but also bear the effect of overvoltage higher than the rated working voltage during operation. Under the action of these voltages, the internal structure of the electrical insulating material will change. When the overvoltage intensity reaches a certain value, the insulation of the material will break down, the electrical appliance will not be able to operate normally, and the operator may be electrocuted, endangering personal safety. The main electrical test indicators include AC/DC voltage withstand voltage, leakage current, etc. Currently, there are four types of "voltage withstand testers" on the market:
1. GYNY-5KV Test voltage: 5KV, leakage current: 2/20mA, timing: 99 seconds.
2. GYNY-10KV Test voltage: 10KV, leakage current: 2/20mA, timing: 99 seconds.
3. GYNY-15KV Test voltage: 15KV, leakage current: 2/20mA, timing: 99 seconds.
4. GYNY-20KV Test voltage: 20KV, leakage current: 2/20mA, timing: 99 seconds.
