GY-801 Transformer Winding Deformation Tester

Frequency response analysis method (FRA) is used for transformer winding deformation testing, which has strong anti-interference ability, good repeatability, high sensitivity, simple and convenient operation, and short test time; it automatically sweeps frequency within the set frequency range (1KHz~1000KHz), with high accuracy The frequency signal is generated, the frequency point is stable, the repeatability is high, the frequency interval is 1Khz or automatic adjustment; it provides an all-in-one or a separation system equipped with a laptop.

Product Features

The transformer winding deformation frequency response tester uses the FRA method of internal fault frequency response analysis that is currently being developed in developed countries around the world to accurately judge the internal fault faults.

After the transformer is designed and manufactured, its coil and internal structure are determined. Therefore, for a multi-winding transformer coil, if the voltage level is the same and the winding method is the same, the corresponding parameters Ci and Li of each coil should be determined. of. Therefore, the frequency domain characteristic response of each coil is also determined, and the frequency map between the corresponding three-phase coils is comparable.

During the test, the transformer may have a short circuit between turns and phases, or may have a collision during transportation, causing the relative displacement of the coil, and the coil deformation caused by electromagnetic tension during operation during short circuit and faulty states, which will cause the distribution parameters of the transformer winding. Changes. This will affect and change the original frequency domain characteristics of the transformer, namely, the amplitude change of the frequency response and the resonant frequency point offset. The HX021 transformer winding frequency response tester developed based on the response analysis method is such a novel non-destructive detection device for internal failure of transformers. It is suitable for the internal structure fault detection of 63kV~500kV power transformers.

The transformer winding deformation frequency response tester determines the transformer based on the magnitude of the change in the transformer's internal winding parameters in different frequency domains after quantifying the response changes of the transformer in different frequency domains, the amplitude of the frequency response, the region and the trend of the frequency response. The degree of change of the internal winding can be determined based on the measurement results whether the transformer has been severely damaged and whether it needs to be overhauled.

For transformers in operation, regardless of whether the frequency domain feature map was saved in the past, the degree of failure can also be judged by comparing the difference in the feature map between the coils of the faulty transformer. Of course, if a set of original winding feature diagrams of the transformer is preserved, it is easier to provide a more accurate and powerful basis for the operation status of the transformer, post-accident analysis and maintenance of the transformer.

The transformer winding deformation frequency response tester is made from a laptop and a single chip mechanism into a high-precision measurement system. It has a compact structure, simple operation, and has a relatively complete test and analysis function. It can be operated and used by yourself in accordance with the instruction manual or after short-term training.
